Our Policies Our Reservation & Cancellation Policy Cancellations 15 days prior to your arrival date will not be subject to any cancellation fees. If a cancellation occurs within 14 days of your arrival date, 50% of your total room stay will be charged to your credit card. If your vacancy can be filled, an adjusted refund will be made less a $25.00 processing fee. Please Note: If cancelled reservation vacancy is filled it may be on a per night basis.You will be refunded your cancellation fees for only the nights which the vacancy is filled. The Point Independence Inn reserves the right to lower the rate to fill the vacancy. Your cancellation refund may reflect this lower rate if applicable. If you cancel within 48 hours of arrival (3:00pm EST) or you are a no show you will be charge 100% of your reservation. (No refunds will be made on early departures.) Please note that there will be no exceptions to this cancellation policy.* Point Independence Inn reserves the right to cancel reservation at any time. 50% of your reservation total will be charged to the credit card supplied on your reservation form. At time of check in a different credit card or form of payment may be made used. One night stays reserved within 14 days of arrival will be charged in full.
Children: We are an 18 and older facility. We apologize but our property is not suitable for younger children. We are sorry we do not hold functions: We do not hold any functions or events at the Point Independence Inn & Spa. Also we do not hold or block out groups of rooms in advance.

YES! the beach is swimmable....Please bring your own beach towels. We do have them for sale in our gift shop. We do not allow room towels out of the rooms Is Point Indepedence Inn & Spa suitable for wedding guests? We are not a hotel ...here at the Point Independence Inn & Spa we are all about our beachside location and the escape our spa may provide. We are not a standard large hotel room with tv and huge baths. So the choice is yours we just never want to disappoint. There are no tv's in the rooms slow down and enjoy the view.
