The spa is an oasis of peace and quiet. While you are certainly welcome to engage in quiet conversations, please refrain from loud talking. We respectfully request that you leave cell phones and pagers off. The spa is an adult oriented atmosphere and is reserved for persons over 16 years of age. We ask you do not bring food or drink in to the spa unless participating in a spa party package. There are remineralizing h2o beverages and water available in the Spa. Cancellations We request the courtesy of a 48 hour cancellation call. If we do not receive at least a 24 hour notice, a 50% fee will be charged. Gift Certificates will be reduced to half value. NO-SHOWS will be charged a 100% fee. For your comfort This is your time…experience it to the fullest..whether it is the room temperature, the volume of the music or the amount of pressure of your massage if it is not what you prefer please let us know. We provide robes and sandals for you prior to treatments. Please remove all jewelry and place in pouch provided to you. During your treatments you will be fully draped, except for the area being worked. Most of our treatments are best without undergarments, however please wear what ever feels most comfortable to you. Shaving prior to treatments Shaving is not recommended prior to anybody treatments or hair removal services. For men, shaving is recommended for facials, yet not required. Should you choose to shave prior to your facial do so at least 2 hours before your appointment. The Spa Shop We offer a carefully selected line of skin and body products, Phytomer Natural Marine. Product kits and other educational materials are available to aid you in continuing your new regime at home. Other fine gifts are available in our boutique.
